Research

The work of The Diabetes Unit centres on health services research – particularly programs that provide a rational and systematically derived substrate on which health policy can be based and/or on which programs on that serve to implement and further the effectiveness of existing health policy can be predicated. This includes developing strategies and plans for population health improvement, identifying the evidence base for health policy interventions and preventative interventions.
